The objective of this campaign was to encourage students to taste Boost Energy Drink and to boost awareness of the brand as an energy drink amongst the student population in Ireland. Boost successfully managed to penetrate the student market and make a lasting impression on students across Ireland whilst maintaining high levels of brand awareness. They achieved this by running with a fully integrated campaign using a range of our services on offer.
Goody Bag Sampling – 6 x weeks in Sept & Oct 14,000 cans of Boost across 15 colleges On Campus Promotional Activity The objective of the Boost on-campus promotion was to create awareness that Boost is a sports and energy drink and that it has the same great taste and performance as the market leaders but at a fraction of the price. The Boost team would travel to three major campuses in nationwide promoting the Boost brand, distributing free samples to the students and thus driving students to switch from other energy drink brands to Boost in the future. This activity would build on the previous activity carried out in these campuses during the product sampling in the Oxygen Goody bags in semester one. The three colleges listed below.
The educators chatted to students about the brand and informed them of the great pricepoints. The educators were visibly branded with Boost uniforms.
